STEP 1: Go to the tickets page and log in by clicking on ‘Manage Tickets’.
STEP 2: Click on My Tickets in the drop-down menu on the left of your screen
Select the session and/or ticket you wish to view or download from the list.
STEP 3: Show your barcode at the entrance of the site.
IMPORTANT: Do not take a screenshot. It will not be accepted at the gates.
STEP 4: Add your ticket to your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android)
IMPORTANT: YOUR TICKETS MUST BE DISPLAYED ON YOUR SMARTPHONE FROM THE APP OR WALLET. SCREENSHOTS AND PRINTOUTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE GATES.
