On Tuesday, for her induction into the Rogers Cup Hall of Fame, fashionista and former World No.21 Aleksandra Wozniak wore a custom design by Québec designer Marie Saint Pierre.
Aleksandra’s best performance at Rogers Cup came in 2012, when she clinched a semifinal berth.
Surrounded by her parents on Centre Court, an emotional Aleksandra Wozniak and Montréal tennis fans relived the highlights of her career on the stadium’s giant screens.
Eugène Lapierre, Rogers Cup tournament director, then presented her with a bespoke jacket created by Marie Saint Pierre, award-winning Québec designer and pioneer in the Canadian fashion industry.
