The National Bank Open presented by Rogers is committed to ensuring all attendees have a positive guest experience whilst onsite. To make sure this is the case for every guest, all staff at National Bank Open are guided by the following four quality standards.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to protect the health and safety of fans, players, staff and the general public, Tennis Canada will be enforcing strict measures* for anyone coming to the National Bank Open presented by Rogers.
