How long before a match do media have to arrive on site?
Media can arrive onsite at the National Bank Open from 8:00 a.m. in both Montreal and Toronto. The IGA Stadium press box and the George Gross Media Centre will close shortly after the conclusion of the last match of the day.
What do I need to know before coming to IGA Stadium?
All general information for media (transport, parking, food offerings, accommodations, access, etc.) will be sent to all accredited media members prior to the start of the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. In the meantime, you can send your questions to the tournament's media relations team at: media@tenniscanada.com.
How can I get a media kit form ?
Are media allowed to audio/video record?
Media may record audio or video during press conferences but may not film on-court action at any time during a match. All accredited media will receive the official Media Code of Conduct.
Where are media representatives seated?
In Montreal, accredited media can work from the National Bank Open press box overlooking Centre Court at IGA Stadium. Meanwhile, photographers have a dedicated space located inside the main building, accessible near the Southern entrance.
In Toronto, accredited media can work from the George Gross Media Centre at Sobeys Stadium. Section 126 of Centre Court is reserved seating for media.
