The following inclement weather and cancellation policies apply to individual session tickets purchased directly through Tennis Canada and Ticketmaster.

The schedule of play as well as session dates, number of matches, and starting times are subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes to the match schedule. Please note that matches are the priority and all efforts will be made to ensure the completion of these matches.

If one (1) match is completed or 90 minutes of play has taken place in any one session, that session is considered complete and therefore no exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued. If less than one (1) match or less than 90 minutes of play is completed due to weather or other acts beyond our control, any tickets not listed in the exemption list above may be used, by the original purchaser, as a credit (excluding processing and delivery fees) towards a future session of tennis of the same year’s event, pending availability. Patrons must pay any difference in price and keep their original tickets. If all remaining sessions are sold out, the Box Office will inform patrons of available options.

Exchanges of rescheduled tickets will only be made through the official tournament website. The box office in both cities will contact all affected ticket buyers at the time of cancellation.

The schedule of matches, the order of play, the dates of the sessions, the number of matches, and the match start times may be subject to change for all sessions. A ticket cannot be exchanged or credited due to these changes. Please note that priority is given to the matches, and every effort will be made to ensure they are played.

MONTREAL TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that the following ticket categories in Montreal are exempt from this policy and are not eligible for credit or exchange:

  • All tickets from a Centre Court or Rogers Court full event package (on court, level 100, level 200, Press Gallery)
  • All tickets issued as Complimentary
  • All tickets purchased through any auction, resale or secondary outlet
  • All tickets for sessions #17 through #21
  • Ground pass (access valid for the day and not for a single session)

If session 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21 is postponed, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled session only. No exchange or refund is possible. Parking, VIP Lounges and Suite access are only available for the original sessions purchased.

If less than one (1) match or less than 90 minutes of play is completed due to weather or other acts beyond our control, the following conditions apply:

  • Despite the rain, all Private Suites will remain open. A portion of paid Private Suites will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year’s event. Each purchaser will be contacted following the event. All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If session 21 is cancelled, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled session. The rescheduled session will not include catering.

If less than one (1) match or less than 90 minutes of play is completed due to weather or other acts beyond our control, the following conditions apply:

  • Despite the rain, the Press Gallery will remain open. The ticket portion will be credited to the original purchaser.
  • If session 21 is cancelled, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled session.

TORONTO TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that the following ticket categories in Toronto are exempt from this policy and are not eligible for credit or exchange:

  • All Series tickets including Premium Series, Champions Club, Courtside seats (as subscribers of record have access to all Centre Court matches through tournament completion)
  • Chairperson’s Lounge tickets
  • All tickets issued as Complimentary;
  • All tickets purchased through any auction, resale or secondary outlet;

If session 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21 is cancelled, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled session only. Parking, VIP Lounges and Suite access are only available for the original sessions purchased.

If less than one (1) match or less than 90 minutes of play is completed due to weather or other acts beyond our control, the following conditions apply:
