Accessible Transportation for Those with Reduced Mobility
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available on a first come, first served basis, only with a valid Ontario government-issued parking permit. Access to these parking spaces is located off Ian Macdonald Blvd.
Ride-Share Drop Off
Ride-share vehicles can pick up and drop guests off at the roundabout located on the northeast corner of Shoreham Dr and Ian Macdonald Blvd, on Arboretum Lane.

Elevators
Public elevators are located between Gates A and B by the main entrance and between Gates C and D by the drawboard.
Barrier Free
Sobeys Stadium and the National Bank Open presented by Rogers strive to create an accessible venue with barrier-free access to washrooms, elevators, seating and paths of travel.
Volunteer assistance
Our team will welcome all guests at any entrance, and they will be happy to assist you. Once inside the gates, a wheelchair escort service is available upon request to assist clients in locating and getting to their seats.

Accessible seating is available at Sobeys Stadium in the Level 100 section with elevator access to the stadium. Please call our ticketing hotline to have a representative assist you in booking your tickets at 1-877-282-6647 x2. Accessible and companion seats are also available for purchase online.
