TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TICKET INFORMATION
The client must carefully check the court, session, date and ticket category before making the purchase.
- A ticket provides access to a session, not a match featuring a specific player.
- The prices, order of play, session dates, number of matches and start times are subject to change without notice.
- A ticket cannot be exchanged or credited as a result of changes to the daily program or order of play.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the information provided in a reservation or purchase made through another ticketing system and the information entered in the National Bank Open ticketing system, the latter will be the only information deemed accurate and valid.
- A ticket provides the ticket holder with access to the site and does not confer any other rights.
- A ticket is void as soon as it is the subject of a police complaint for theft.
- Ticket use is subject to the rules in effect on the site of the event.
Tennis Canada reserves the right to expel or refuse entry to visitors who do not comply with these rules, without compensation. Expulsion renders the ticket void. As a result, the ticket holder waives all claims for damages, including a refund of the ticket price.
Should the event be cancelled due to weather or any other reason beyond the organizer's control, please refer to Tennis Canada’s inclement weather policy. We shall inform ticket holders of the procedure to follow.
PURCHASE INFORMATION
Ticket purchases on our website must be made by credit card. In this case, you must fill out all the fields on the reservation form and indicate your name, mailing address and email address as well as all the required information appearing on the credit card used to make the purchase. Purchases made in the name or address of a third party are not permitted.
Orders are processed only after verification of a billing address and other billing information. We sometimes receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that may delay processing and delivery. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and sell your tickets to another customer without notice.
Falsification of tickets is prohibited. A ticket is invalid as soon as Tennis Canada has reasonable grounds to believe that it has been tampered with or that the information contained therein has been altered, or as soon as it is the subject of a sworn complaint to the police that it has been stolen. Tennis Canada reserves the right to deny access to anyone holding a stolen, falsified or improperly issued ticket.
Payment on-site: no cash payment will be accepted on-site. All payments must be made by debit/credit card.
SITE INFORMATION
The collection, dissemination, transmission, publication or distribution of match scores or statistics for betting or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited at all times during matches (from beginning to end). The continuous use of laptops or other portable communication tools on the tournament site (in areas reserved for spectators) in proximity to the courts where matches are in progress is strictly forbidden. The only exception applies to accredited media, the tournament’s official exhibitors and Tennis Canada staff when using the devices for work purposes.
The ticket holder assumes all risk of injury, loss and damage to property. Tennis Canada shall not be held liable for any damage or injury occurring before, during or after the session.
By accessing the site, the Ticketholder grants permission to Tennis Canada (and its designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for commercial or promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation.
While we do allow cameras to be brought on site, no flash photography is allowed while play is in session. Tripods, monopods, and camcorders are not allowed. If found at the gate you will be asked to return these items to your vehicle before entry is permitted. We ask that photographs at Central Court be taken only from your seat or behind the railing, and that it does not interfere with any other guest’s enjoyment of the match.
The continual use of laptops, tablets or other handheld electronic devices within the confines (spectator area) of the tournament match courts is prohibited.
Any bag, container or package will be checked prior to entering the grounds. All persons entering the grounds will be subject to search. Please leave any unnecessary items at home or in your vehicle. Non-clear bottles, weapons, bicycles, rollerblades, pets, noisemakers, laser pointers or any other objects deemed unsatisfactory by the management of the National Bank Open are strictly prohibited on the grounds.
