MOBILE TICKET GUIDE

You can manage your National Bank Open tickets by connecting to My Account on your computer or mobile device. It's easy and efficient!

 

  1. Download the App
    Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Store (Android) and download the National Bank Open app on your smartphone.
     

     

  2. Open the App
    Tap the yellow “My Account” button on the home screen.
     

     

  3. Sign In
    Tap the blue “Sign in to National Bank Open” button.
     

     

  4. Log In or Create an Account
    Enter the email address and password linked to your account.

    ⚠️ Make sure to use the same email address the ticket was sent to.

    Note: The My Account portal is powered by Ticketmaster.

    1. If you forgot your password, select “Forgot password?”
    2. First time using the app? Select “Create an account.”
       

     

  5. Resetting Your Password (if needed)
    If you selected “Forgot password?”, enter the email address linked to your account.

    You’ll receive a code by email or text from Ticketmaster to reset your password.
  1. Tap the "ACCESS MY TICKETS" button on the home screen.

     

  2. Select your session from the list to view or download your ticket.

     

  3. Click on View Ticket

     

  4. To enter the tournament site: 
  • Show your barcode from the app, or
  • Add your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for faster access.
  • Important: the tickets in your Wallet do not have barcodes.
     

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Your ticket must be displayed on your smartphone via the app or mobile wallet.
Screenshots and paper printouts will not be accepted at the gates.
 

  1. Select the session for which you want to transfer tickets.
  2. Tap “Transfer.”


     

  3. Choose the seats you wish to transfer, then tap “Transfer to.”
     


     

  4. Select or add a recipient.

    1. Enter their email address.
    2. To make the process smoother, let them know you're sending the tickets by email.
    3. You can also add a personal message (up to 160 characters).
  5. Send the tickets.
    1. Once sent, you’ll see the updated ticket status.
    2. Need to cancel? You can select “Cancel Transfer” — but only if the recipient hasn’t accepted the tickets yet.

       

       

  6. After acceptance:
    1. The ticket status will change to “Claimed.”
    2. The barcode will disappear from your view — the ticket is now in the recipient’s account.

 

 

 

  1. Open the email you received and click “Accept Tickets.”
  2. Log in or create a National Bank Open account. 

    ⚠️ Make sure to use the same email address the ticket was sent to.

  3. You're almost ready!
    • Download the National Bank Open app and sign in with the same email address.
    • Follow the steps in our guide to add your ticket to your smartphone wallet.

Your ticket is now ready — download it to your wallet for quicker entry at the gates!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you have already purchased tickets, an account was created during the payment process. You can log in using the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

    If you already have a Ticketmaster account, you can also use the same credentials to access your tickets. 

  • Screenshots or tickets printed at home will not grant you access to the venue. If you would like paper tickets, please visit the box office on the day of your session: we can print an official ticket for you (ID and account information required). If you receive a transferred ticket, accept it on a computer and then pick it up at the ticket office. A non-accepted transfer will not be printed.

  • Order confirmations sometimes go to your junk/spam folder, so please check there. If you still can't find your confirmation email, please email tickets@tenniscanada.com for the Toronto ticket office or billet@tenniscanada.com for the Montreal ticket office. 

  • If you do not have a smartphone, please come to the box office on the day of the event. We will be able to issue you an official National Bank Open ticket with your ID and account information.

    For customers who do not have a smartphone and receive a transferred ticket, accept the ticket via a computer and then pick it up at the box office on the day of the matches. A non-accepted transfer will not be printed.

  • If your National Bank Open ticket is on your mobile device, you can access it by logging into My Account. If it is a paper ticket, a representative at the box office on-site can print a new one for you. Note that proof of identity will be required.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. 

  • If your ticket displays a message stating that it is disabled (Pass Disabled), this may be due to one of the following reasons:
    • The ticket was purchased through a third party and was not properly transferred
    • Your phone or app is not up to date
    • Your device does not support the required iOS version
    • The ticket has already been added to someone else’s wallet (a ticket can only be linked to a single Apple ID)
  • No. Tickets must be shown on a smartphone.
