Understand Our Product

  • A session ticket gives you access to all matches played during that specific session on a given day. This includes access to the outer courts (seats available on a first-come, first-served basis) as well as the on-site activations. Note that when you buy a ticket, you are buying a session (not a specific match or round). The order of play or matches schedule can be changed at any moment.

  • The draw refers to the tournament bracket that shows which players will face off in each round. A drawing is held before the tournament to determine each players' position in the bracket. There are separate draws for singles, doubles, and qualifying rounds.

The draw is subject to change due to injuries and withdrawals. Stay informed by checking the official tournament draws:

  • A session gives you access to 1 to 2 tennis matches on Centre Court, as well as access to the outer courts. Be sure to check the match schedule and on-site activities before your visit. The schedule, matches, and activities are subject to change, and your ticket guarantees access to only one Centre Court match.

  • The National Bank Open presented by Rogers is a single-elimination tennis tournament and, as such, the match schedule is determined based on the winners of the previous round. Therefore, it is not possible to purchase tickets in advance with the guarantee that a specific player will be participating in that session.

  • There isn’t a “best” seat – it all depends on what interests you most.

To get a better view of the players’ tactics (serve placement, patterns of play, etc.), choose seats behind the baseline, as you’ll see the entire court, just like on TV. To be as close to the action as possible and feel the players’ speed, choose seats along the sidelines, closer to the centre of the court.

A quick tip: it can get very hot on Centre Court in direct sunlight, so be sure to bring sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and a hat, no matter where you sit.

  • Both the Montreal and Toronto stadiums are open-air venues, so the shade shifts throughout the day and will depend on the time of your match. It also gets very hot on Centre Court, so be sure to protect yourself from the sun in any case (sunscreen and a hat are always a good idea).

To reduce glare from the sunset: if you’re attending an evening session, choose seats on the west side of the stadium in either city (this will generally prevent you from looking directly into the sunset).

Use the official site maps to help you choose your seat. Look for the sun icon on the maps to see the sun exposure by section and by time.
