What is the increase in my bill attributable to?
The new tournament will feature 30% more sessions, so you'll now see 21 sessions instead of 15. This increase represents the percentage corresponding to the 30% more tennis.
Did the value of the sessions increase between 2024 and 2025?
No, the value of the sessions between 2024 and 2025 has not increased, it is only the addition of the 6 sessions that will have raised your bill to an extra 30%.
What do the six additional sessions mean for the tournament?
Round 4 brings some incredible and generally closer matches. This weekend determines who will be in finals week. All in all, the best value for money. This is the crucial weekend. Headliners or tournament surprises, who emerges from this weekend's Round of 16 is not to be missed!
Is there any way to avoid this increase, as I don't want to have 21 sessions and have to pay the new price?
- You could use our resale program that allows you to have a credit for tickets of sessions you don't want, which will be resold via our internal website. Otherwise, your tickets will be returned to your account 24 hours before the start of the session.
- You can opt for the possibility to buy a multi-session package starting from January 2025. Your tournament package will be offered to one of our customers on the waiting list for this type of product. You can then contact your sales representative in January to discuss the matter.
- Tickets are transferable, so you can always transfer them to someone you know who might be interested.
Has the 2024 resale programm amount been applied to my 2025 invoice?
Yes, if you have successfully resold your OBN 2024 tickets through the resale program, this amount was automatically applied to your 2025 tournament package.
I have an NBO 2024 rain credit. Can I use it on my 2025 tournament package?
Yes, it is possible to apply your rain credit to your 2025 tournament package. However, this is not automatic, so please contact us so that we can deduct this amount from your tournament package. Call us at 514-273-1515 x2 or send us an email at billet@tenniscanada.com. It is also possible to exchange it directly online for new OBN 2025 session tickets.
Can I receive my tickets in printed form as in previous years?
Yes, but this option is only available to weekly pass holders. There is a $50 mailing fee for paper tickets. Tickets will be mailed to you a few weeks before the tournament.
Why don't I see the parking lots in my account yet?
They will be added to your account in June.
