Do I have to buy a session ticket to attend the National Bank Open?
In Montreal, it is possible to purchase grounds passes for the National Bank Open presented by Rogers at the box office on-site. The tickets will give you access to the site as well as all of its activities and amenities, including access to the outer courts (seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis). In Toronto, grounds passes will only be made available at the box office if a session is sold out. I loved the seats I was in this year at the National Bank Open. Can I have the exact same seats next year or for the next session?
We cannot guarantee the same ticket or seat you may have had in previous years, but you can get in touch with a ticketing representative as early as possible to get the closest seats available. How can I relocate my package seats to a new location for next year?
You can contact your National Bank Open sales representative, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to relocate your seats.

Where should I sit if I don't want to be looking into the sun, or prefer the shade?
Since we have open stadiums in both Montreal and Toronto, shade can be found certain sections at different times. It gets very hot on Centre Court, so remember to bring sunscreen and a hat regardless of where you're sitting. If you're attending an evening session at the National Bank Open presented by Rogers, you can avoid glare from the sun set by sitting on the west side of both stadiums. |
Are there tickets for persons with reduced mobility?
In Montreal, IGA Stadium is equipped with elevators, and a limited number of seats for people in wheelchairs are available in levels 200 and 300. Call 1 (855) 836-6470 for more information and one of our representatives will be happy to reserve your seats for the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. A number of parking spaces are also available via Rue Gary-Carter. A valid, government-issued handicap parking pass is required.
In Toronto, seating for people in wheelchairs is available in the Level 100 section and there is an elevator to access the stadium. Please call 1-877-283-6647 ext. 2 to have a representative assist you in booking your tickets. Accessible and companion seats are also available for purchase online. Accessible parking is conveniently located across the street and can be used with a valid, government-issued, handicap parking pass.
Can I buy a ticket to a specific player's match?
The National Bank Open presented by Rogers is an elimination tennis tournament, and as such the schedule of play is determined each evening for the following day. Therefore, it is not possible to purchase tickets in advance and guarantee a specific player will be competing during that session.
I don't have a cellphone, what should I do?
If you do not have a smartphone, please come to the box office on the day of the event. We will be able to issue you an official National Bank Open ticket with your ID and account information.
For customers who do not have a smartphone and receive a transferred ticket, it's important to accept the ticket via a computer and then pick it up at the box office on the day of the matches. Please note that a non-accepted transfer will not be printed by the box office.
What is My Account? What is a mobile ticket?
A mobile ticket is a virtual ticket downloaded to your device from My Account. In other words, your phone is your ticket! Your tickets will be accessible via the National Bank Open mobile app immediately after purchase. Use the app to manage your tickets for downloads and transfers. Make sure to download your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and transfer your tickets to your guests ahead of time so that each person has their own ticket on their own device. This will ensure a smooth entry into both stadiums. All ticketholders will receive the necessary information to manage, transfer and download their tickets for this year's event. |
