You can contact your National Bank Open sales representative, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to relocate your seats.

In Montreal, IGA Stadium is equipped with elevators, and a limited number of seats for people in wheelchairs are available in levels 200 and 300. Call 1 (855) 836-6470 for more information and one of our representatives will be happy to reserve your seats for the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. A number of parking spaces are also available via Rue Gary-Carter. A valid, government-issued handicap parking pass is required.

In Toronto, seating for people in wheelchairs is available in the Level 100 section and there is an elevator to access the stadium. Please call 1-877-283-6647 ext. 2 to have a representative assist you in booking your tickets. Accessible and companion seats are also available for purchase online. Accessible parking is conveniently located across the street and can be used with a valid, government-issued, handicap parking pass.

The National Bank Open presented by Rogers is an elimination tennis tournament, and as such the schedule of play is determined each evening for the following day. Therefore, it is not possible to purchase tickets in advance and guarantee a specific player will be competing during that session.

If you do not have a smartphone, please come to the box office on the day of the event. We will be able to issue you an official National Bank Open ticket with your ID and account information.

For customers who do not have a smartphone and receive a transferred ticket, it's important to accept the ticket via a computer and then pick it up at the box office on the day of the matches. Please note that a non-accepted transfer will not be printed by the box office.

There are two ways to buy tickets for the National Bank Open presented by Rogers in Montreal and Toronto: by phone or online. The in-person ticket office does not open until much closer to the tournament.

All the advantages that our National Bank Open partners provide to their clients are communicated through their own invitation. The type of ticket that you have will also lead you to the spaces and benefits you have access to.

If your National Bank Open ticket is on your mobile device, you can access it by logging into My Account. If it is a paper ticket, a representative at the box office on-site can print a new one for you. Note that proof of identity will be required.

Our National Bank Open presented by Rogers purchase policy states that no tickets are refundable or exchangeable. You can transfer your ticket to a friend, family member, or colleague. Your session purchase guarantees you 90 minutes of play or one completed match.

The National Bank Open ticket transferred to your friend will be valid once it has been accepted by them in their own account.

As a level 100 or 200 tournament package holder, you have access to the resale program, which allows you to put one or more of your tickets up for resale. When one of your tickets is resold, a credit equivalent in value to the amount you paid will be applied to your tournament package for the following year. When you have a tournament package at the 100 or 200 level, you have priority to renew the same tickets for each tournament. This allows you to secure your seats year after year at early bird prices.
