Each phase of the tournament offers a different atmosphere, from family-friendly daytime sessions and early-round match variety to festival-style weekends and high-energy championship nights.

How should I dress for the National Bank Open? Is there a dress code?
There’s no strict dress code. Wear what feels like you—sporty, laid-back, or polished. Keep the weather in mind. On hot days, bring a hat, sunglasses and bring sunscreen. On cool evenings, pack a light sweater or jacket.

Exchange/return policies can vary by item and vendor. If you think you may need an exchange, keep your receipt and confirm the policy at the shop at the time of purchase.
Families at the NBO
When is the best time to come with the family?
IGA Family Weekend in Montreal and 407 ETR Family Weekend in Toronto are special kick-off weekends at the start of the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. The events feature family-friendly activations and are designed for families and fans who want to explore the site, enjoy activities, and experience the tournament up close.
During Family Weekend, you can watch practices up close with open access to practice courts (subject to availability and site operations) or enjoy a wide range of family-friendly activities, including games, entertainment zones, and food and beverage areas.
Family Weekend offers free entry with a Ground Pass (where offered), or the option to buy match tickets for qualifying matches and early rounds at an accessible price.
Tip: Reserve your tickets online as early as possible — free tickets go fast.

During Family Weekend, you’ll find activities for kids of all ages. Once the main draw begins, there are still plenty of family-friendly activities to enjoy throughout the tournament.

Children under the age of two do not require a ticket to attend the National Bank Open presented by Rogers, provided they sit on your lap and do not inconvenience other ticket holders.
In Montreal, children under the age of five are not permitted to sit in Level 100 on either Centre Court or Rogers Court. In Toronto, tickets for children over the age of two can be purchased at a 10% discount.
Can I access the site with a stroller?
Yes, you can access the tournament sites in Montreal and Toronto with a stroller.
What arrangements will be in place for parents with small children and breastfeeding?
Go to guest services tent on-site and mention you require space to feed your child and we will be happy to accommodate.
I've lost a child on-site, who should I contact?
Ask the nearest security guard, National Bank Open staff member, volunteer, or customer service representative for help.

What is the renewal priority?
When you have a Full-Event Package, you have priority to renew the same tickets for each tournament. This allows you to secure your seats year after year.

What is the resale program?
As a level 100 or 200 Centre Court tournament package holder, you have access to the resale program, which allows you to put one or more of your tickets up for resale. When one of your tickets is resold, a credit equivalent in value to the amount you paid will be applied to your tournament package for the following year. Please contact our team at programmeavantage@tenniscanada.com.

Go to My Account.
Click on Sign in.
Enter the email address you use to access your account and click on Continue.
Enter your password and click on Sign In.
If you can’t retrieve your password, click on Forgot password?

Click on My tickets to access your tickets.
Select the session and tickets you want to resell

Click on Use resale program.
Select the tickets you want to resell.
Click on Continue.
Select the Resale program.
Click on Continue.
Confirm your selection and click on Submit.
Remarks
If your tickets are resold, you will receive an email confirmation.
If your tickets are not resold, they will be made available to you 24 hours prior to the session. You will receive an email confirmation.
Your tickets may be resold up to a maximum of 48 hours before the session.

What is the donation program?
Can’t attend some of the National Bank Open sessions this year? By donating your unused tickets to Tennis Canada, you can help community organizations enjoy the experience of a world-class tennis tournament in Montreal. Donations can be made up to 72 hours before a session, and you’ll receive a tax receipt for the value of the tickets donated (for tickets valued at $20 or more).

4. Select the seats to be donated and click Continue.
5. Review and submit tickets.
