    Beyond the matches, every day features Theme Days and on-site activations, including community celebrations, youth tennis spotlights, cultural programming, enhanced food and beverage offerings, and special night-session experiences.

  • Yes, we have multiple vegan and vegetarian options available on the grounds at Sobeys Stadium in Toronto and IGA Stadium in Montreal.

  • Yes, we offer affordable kids' meals in both Toronto and Montreal.

Merchandise

  • There’s no strict dress code. Wear what feels like you—sporty, laid-back, or polished. Keep the weather in mind. On hot days, bring a hat, sunglasses and bring sunscreen. On cool evenings, pack a light sweater or jacket.

  • The only accepted payment methods at the National Bank Open are debit or credit cards.

  • Exchange/return policies can vary by item and vendor. If you think you may need an exchange, keep your receipt and confirm the policy at the shop at the time of purchase.

Families at the NBO

  • IGA Family Weekend in Montreal and 407 ETR Family Weekend in Toronto are special kick-off weekends at the start of the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. The events feature family-friendly activations and are designed for families and fans who want to explore the site, enjoy activities, and experience the tournament up close.

    During Family Weekend, you can watch practices up close with open access to practice courts (subject to availability and site operations) or enjoy a wide range of family-friendly activities, including games, entertainment zones, and food and beverage areas.

    Family Weekend offers free entry with a Ground Pass (where offered), or the option to buy match tickets for qualifying matches and early rounds at an accessible price.

  • During Family Weekend, you’ll find activities for kids of all ages. Once the main draw begins, there are still plenty of family-friendly activities to enjoy throughout the tournament.

  • Children under the age of two do not require a ticket to attend the National Bank Open presented by Rogers, provided they sit on your lap and do not inconvenience other ticket holders.

    In Montreal, children under the age of five are not permitted to sit in Level 100 on either Centre Court or Rogers Court. In Toronto, tickets for children over the age of two can be purchased at a 10% discount.

  • Yes, you can access the tournament sites in Montreal and Toronto with a stroller.

  • Go to guest services tent on-site and mention you require space to feed your child and we will be happy to accommodate.

  • Ask the nearest security guard, National Bank Open staff member, volunteer, or customer service representative for help.

Premium Hospitality Experience

  • There’s no strict dress code at the National Bank Open. We want you to feel comfortable and confident while enjoying your day.

    In Premium and VIP spaces, many guests opt for smart casual or business casual attire, particularly in lounges, private suites, and hospitality restaurants.

    We recommend comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing and layers for changing temperatures

    While we encourage a refined atmosphere in hospitality areas, this is still our tennis playground. Dress in a way that lets you enjoy the experience comfortably.
