Everything You Need to Know About Your Private Suite

Welcome to your inside look at the premium suite experience at the National Bank Open. From arrival to amenities, this guide covers everything you need to make the most of your visit.

ACCESS TO THE VIP LOUNGE PRESENTED BY AUDI

Your ticket provides access to the exclusive VIP Lounge presented by Audi where you can relax in a temperature controlled, air conditioned lounge and watch live broadcasts of the matches on the lounge video boards.

ACCESS TO MOTOROLA RAZR GRANDSTAND COURT

Limited seating at the Cashmere Grandstand Court are reserved for Private Suite ticket holders on a first come, first serve basis. Present your Private Suite ticket to gain access to these areas.

JACOB’S CREEK NORTH END LOUNGE

Private Suite ticket holders have access to the Jacob’s Creek North End Lounge conveniently located on the north end of the concourse level of the stadium. This air-conditioned lounge offers a place to relax with a glass of wine and some light snacks. Be sure to visit – you may not want to leave. Located between sections 101 & 105.

ORDERING INFORMATION

When ordering, please be sure to indicate any dietary requests or restrictions you may have. In keeping with food safety regulations, all food (hot or cold items) will be served for a 2-hour period. Food will be in your suite approximately 30 minutes prior to match time.

MENU CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION

To help us serve you better and provide the culinary experience you wish for your guests, please confirm your food & beverage menu selections no later than Monday, July 7, 2025. Any menu selections NOT confirmed by the specified date may be subject to a 10% late fee.

A valid credit card must be provided, along with a completed credit card authorization form, no later than Monday, July 7, 2025. The suite food & beverage initial investment, any upgrades, and À La Carte items will be charged to the credit card provided upon confirmation of your menu selections prior to the event. The credit card authorization form will be used for a one-time transaction to finalize your bill that reflects any gameday purchases at the conclusion of the session.

Final Billing Note: Your final bill will reflect any gameday purchases based on either the number of tickets sold or the maximum capacity of your suite per session, whichever is greater. In addition, should we determine that your suite hosted more guests than your initial investment was billed for, your credit card will be charged to reflect the additional number of guests in your suite.

TICKETS

Private Suite tickets admit your guests on site through either the VIP or main entrances. Each ticket will specify the location of your Private Suite. It is important that your guests retain their passes at all times in order be able to return to the suite should they leave the Private Suite area. Your guests will only be admitted onto the grounds with this ticket. It is important to assign one representative from your company to handle the details of your Private Suite. This representative should stay in the suite to greet guests when they arrive and be present at the end of each session. Once selected, please provide contact information to your sales representative or suite coordinator (Greg Stephenson - gstephenson@tenniscanada.com) at Tennis Canada for better communication on site.

CORPORATE IDENTIFICATION

A standard sign will be posted at the entrance to your Private Suite (name only, no logos). Private Suite ID Sign on your entrance door – please email tickets@tenniscanada.com or contact your personal Account Representative by July 14, 2025.

PRIVATE SUITE

Each suite overlooks Sobeys Stadium’s Centre Court, part of our world-class tennis facility at York University, and includes a reception area and bar, a closed-circuit television.

PARKING

We are pleased to provide you with one parking pass for every two tickets. Please refer to the parking map indicating the location of your parking lot below. * Parking instructions for the National Bank Open will be provided in early July.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING AND PARKING

All Private Suites are wheelchair accessible. An elevator is located in the northeast corner of the building, near Gate A. This elevator is accessible from the main gate only and not the VIP Entrance. Accessible parking is available with a valid Ministry permit. If you need accessible parking passes for your guests please let Greg Stephenson know in advance.

MOBILE TICKETING GUIDE

This year, the National Bank Open will be implementing mobile ticketing – your phone is your ticket! Your tickets will be accessible via the National Bank Open mobile app. Use the app to manage your tickets for downloads and transfers. Make sure to download your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and transfer your tickets to your guests ahead of time so that each person has their own ticket on their own phone. ADDITIONAL PRIVATE SUITE TICKETS

Additional tickets for your suite are available for the price of a GOLD session ticket on the day of your planned visit. Tickets are available by credit card only. Please contact your sales representative to order.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

Individual tickets are available for Private Suite holders at a 25% discount. To order, please call +1 416-665-9777 ext. 4575.

This section concerns only Private Suite holders of three (3) or more sessions.

The Private Suite holder of three (3) or more sessions must carry liability insurance in amount of less than $5 million. In addition, Tennis Canada will be added as “additional insured” to this policy for the Private Suite rental dates. The Private Suite holder will provide Tennis Canada with a copy of certificate of insurance no later than 30 days prior to the first date of the Private Suite rental.

Please note: Between July 27 and August 3, each Private Suite will be closed between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to prepare for evening guests. If you have booked the suite for both the day and night sessions, your guests may need to briefly move to the outdoor seating area to allow for proper clean-up. If the day session is not complete by 5:00 p.m., you and your guests will receive lower bowl tickets to watch the remainder of the session provided that seating is available.

IN THE CASE OF RAIN, PRIVATE SUITES WILL REMAIN OPEN

If less than one (1) match and less than 90 minutes of play is completed due to weather or other acts beyond our control, the following conditions apply:

  • Despite the rain, all Private Suites will remain open. A portion of paid Private Suites will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year’s event. Each purchaser will be contacted following the event. All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If session 21 is cancelled, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled session. The rescheduled session will not include catering.

There are bathrooms reserved for suite guests conveniently located close to all suites.

Orders taken prior to June 15 will be delivered by July 7, 2025. Please note that orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

All companies may purchase National Bank Open products through our official merchandiser ; however, co-branding is restricted to official event sponsors.

While we do allow cameras to be brought on site, no flash photography is allowed while play is in session. Tripods, monopods and camcorders are not allowed. If found at the gate, you will be asked to return these items to your vehicle before entry is permitted. We ask that photographs at Centre Court only be taken from your seat or behind the railing, and that it not interfere with any other guest’s enjoyment of the match. The use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices within the confines (spectator area) of the tour nament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly credentialed media, tournament vendors and tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties.

All lost and found items will be located at the Guest Services location inside the Main Gate.
