The Quebec contingent is in the spotlight on Wednesday in Toronto, with Félix Auger-Aliassime, Gabriel Diallo, and Alexis Galarneau all in action for the host nation.
It is another loaded day at Sobeys Stadium with the bottom half of the draw getting their campaigns at the 2025 National Bank Open underway. As well as the Canadians, two of their highly seeded neighbours will be in action on Centre Court.
Here’s what to expect on Wednesday at the 2025 National Bank Open in Toronto.
On-Court Action
Two years removed from winning his first ATP Tour match in Toronto out on the Grandstand, Gabriel Diallo will make his Centre Court debut on Wednesday at Sobeys Stadium.
Diallo is seeded for the first time in his career at a big event, fittingly on home soil. The No. 27 seed will take on Italian wildcard Matteo Gigante in the second match of the day session on Centre Court. That match will be preceded by No. 4 seed Ben Shelton against Adrian Mannarino.

Both sessions on Wednesday have a Canadian and a top-seeded American. Félix Auger-Aliassime will kick off the night session against Fabian Marozsan. The Canadian No. 1 is seeking his first match win in Toronto since 2018.
Second seed Taylor Fritz will close out the day against Roberto Carballes Baena.
Canadian fans also should not miss out on Alexis Galarneau, who will be looking to back up his first-career ATP main-draw match win when he takes on No. 13 seed Flavio Cobolli in the second match out on the Motorola razr Grandstand Court. The winner of that match will meet the winner between Auger-Aliassime and Maroszan.

Around the Grounds
While we have been getting plenty of heat this week in Toronto, fans considering a sunny post-tournament vacation could get some inspiration from Cayman Islands, who will be doing a giveaway at the entrance during the day session.
If you need a way to beat the heat on Wednesday, grab some ice cream from Haagen Dazs on your way out. There will be a giveaway after 3:00 pm at the main exit.
