An immersive culinary experience created in collaboration with Chef Jean-Michel “John Mike” Leblond, will take place at the IGA Stadium from August 7 to 9.
Inspired by sharing, vibrant gatherings, and the flavours of summer, this unique event brings together a collection of exclusive culinary stations featuring fresh seafood, oysters, caviar, live-fire grilling, signature cocktails, and elevated delicacies.
Designed as a true gastronomic journey, the experience invites guests to discover a variety of culinary creations prepared live, all within a festive atmosphere energized by music, social connections, and the spirit of CELSIUS TennisFest Weekend.
About Jean-Michel “John Mike” Leblond

Québec chef and culinary creator Jean-Michel “John Mike” Leblond first gained recognition through his appearances on the Chefs de bois and Nuls en chef television programs, as well as through his own series, Chef John Mike, which aired on Zeste.

Mixology Station
A curated selection of beverages and signature cocktails served throughout the experience.
Station 1 | Coral Dreams
An elegant seafood station featuring freshly shucked oysters, Oysters Rockefeller, vodka oyster shots, a caviar bar with traditional accompaniments and caviar bumps, midye dolma (Turkish stuffed mussels), local fish crudo, and smoked salmon served with bagel chips.
Station 2 | Handcrafted Turkish Manti
Handcrafted manti served as delicate mini ravioli with yogurt, offered with lamb, pork, or beef fillings, alongside vegetarian options. Freshly baked breads, whipped butters, and olive oil complete the station.
Station 3 | Beachside Asado
A generous fire-side station serving spit-roasted specialties, including whole roast pig, freshly prepared lamb kebabs carved to order, and rotisserie chicken.
Station 4 | Izmir Garden
A vibrant and refreshing station featuring seasonal vegetables, house-made condiments, and three freshly prepared salads assembled before guests and presented in large wooden bowls.
Station 5 | Turkish Delight
An assortment of sweet bites inspired by Turkish tradition, offering a refined and indulgent finale to the experience.
