An immersive culinary experience created in collaboration with Chef John Mike, will take place at the IGA Stadium from August 7 to 9.
Inspired by sharing, vibrant gatherings, and the flavours of summer, this unique event brings together a collection of exclusive culinary stations featuring fresh seafood, oysters, caviar, live-fire grilling, signature cocktails, and elevated delicacies.
Designed as a true gastronomic journey, the experience invites guests to discover a variety of culinary creations prepared live, all within a festive atmosphere energized by music, social connections, and the spirit of CELSIUS TennisFest Weekend.
About Chef John Mike
Québec chef and culinary creator Chef John Mike first gained recognition through his appearances on the Chefs de bois and Nuls en chef television programs, as well as through his own series, Chef John Mike, which aired on Zeste.

A curated selection of beverages and signature cocktails served throughout the experience.
Station 1 | Coral Dreams
An elegant Mediterranean seaside station featuring a selection of fresh oysters, premium caviar, and local raw and smoked fish.
Station 2 | Turkish Brunch
An interactive station featuring local and international charcuterie, fresh and aged cheeses, and a variety of condiments to pair with assorted breads and pastries.
Station 3 | Seaside Asado
A generous charcoal BBQ station centred around slow cooking, featuring whole spit-roasted lamb, smoked chicken, and grilled cuts of meat, served with a selection of sauces and condiments.
Station 4 | Izmir Garden
A fresh and colourful station showcasing carefully prepared seasonal vegetables sourced from local producers.
Station 5 | Bosphorus Delights
A selection of Turkish-inspired petit fours and sweet bites to end the experience on a refined and indulgent note.
